All repair work is done on the premises, and we guarantee your satisfaction.
If you have a special request – just ask! All pendants can have the chain upgraded to a different style or length.
Almost all items are available in any color of gold or with any stone.
Many times we will sell a diamond ring as a "semi-set" mounting (without the center stone)
which allows you to use your stone in the new setting or a different shape or color. How would you like it? It's Your Choice!

We will appraise your jewelry – whether you have one diamond ring that needs an insurance certificate updated, or you just inherited your aunt's entire jewelry collection – make an appointment and we promise to provide you with accurate and complete appraisals. (Appraisals are done on Saturdays, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm)
We will expertly replace your watch battery, most often while you wait.
If your watch needs repair, our master watchmaker will clean, repair and refurbish you watch.
You will receive an estimate before any work is performed, so you will know the exact cost of the repair work.

You may layaway your purchase for up to 60 days. You pay 1/3 down and make payments every thirty days, for two months.
Your purchase may be returned within 10 days of purchase for full refund. The item must be in "new" condition.
After 10 days, the item may be returned for exchange or credit towards a different item or repair services.
Non-returnable items include: custom design or remount, special orders, items in "worn" condition,
or items sold as a closeout/final sale item.
